General Policy and Product Integrity

Due to the nature of Homeopathic medicines, which require specific storage conditions and are sensitive products, we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy on opened or used items. Our primary goal is to guarantee the integrity, safety, and purity of every remedy delivered to all our customers. We only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

A return or exchange will only be accepted if the item is eligible under the following three conditions:

A. Item Damaged in Transit: The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking due to shipping negligence.

B. Incorrect Item Received: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong potency, wrong remedy name).

C. Manufacturing Defect: The product is sealed but shows an apparent manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty dropper, cracked seal).

Requirements for Filing a Claim

If your order meets the eligibility criteria (A, B, or C), you must adhere to these steps:

Notification Period: You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Required Proof: Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence showing the product, the order number, and the damage/incorrect item clearly.

Item Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging (if applicable to the claim).

Process for Refunds and Exchanges

For Exchanges (Damaged/Incorrect Item): Once the eligibility and proof are verified, we will dispatch the correct item to you at no additional shipping cost.

For Refunds (If Exchange is not possible): Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the claim is approved.
